Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ComfortMyTrip ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
ComfortMyTrip provides AI-powered travel planning tools, curated travel content including blogs and short-form videos, and access to third-party tours and activities. Our AI Trip Planner generates personalized travel itineraries based on user preferences. We also aggregate and display tours, activities, and attractions sourced from our partner, Viator (a TripAdvisor company).
3. Third-Party Services & Bookings
Tours, activities, and experiences displayed on ComfortMyTrip are provided by Viator. When you proceed to book an activity, you will be redirected to Viator's platform. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Viator's terms and conditions. ComfortMyTrip acts as a referral platform and is not responsible for the fulfillment of any bookings made through Viator.
4. AI-Generated Content
Trip plans and recommendations generated by our AI Trip Planner are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Users should verify all information independently before making travel decisions. ComfortMyTrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated itineraries.
5. User Accounts
Account creation requires Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. ComfortMyTrip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ComfortMyTrip, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of ComfortMyTrip or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. User-generated trip plans remain the property of the user but ComfortMyTrip retains a license to display anonymized versions in the public AI Generated Trip Plans section.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect minimal personal data required for account functionality (name, email via Google OAuth). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Trip plans, favorites, and preferences are stored securely and associated with your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
ComfortMyTrip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages from travel decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations or third-party bookings made through linked services.
9. Changes to Terms
ComfortMyTrip reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
