Sabbioneta is a small town in Mantova (province). Despite being small, Sabbioneta shares the same position on the UNESCO World Heritage List with Mantua (Mantua and Sabbioneta). A town rich with Renaissance architecture. It was founded in the late 16th century and built according on the principles of the humanistic ideal city of that time.
