Guayama, popularly known as Witch Town ("Ciudad Bruja"), is a city and municipality located along the Caribbean coast of southeastern Puerto Rico. Its historic downtown area is famous for its colonial architecture and the area is famous for its sports teams, sugarcane history and natural reserves. Guayama has a scenic coastline, beaches, forests, historic buildings, and museums. Guayama has its pueblo with a historic Roman Catholic church and Spanish-style recreational plaza. Streets run perpendicular to the plaza and are dotted with quaint shops.
