The Girona Pyrenees (Pirineu de Girona) is a mountainous region in Girona, Catalonia, in the northeast of Spain, which is full of nature and sports resorts. Girona Pyrenees is one of the two tourist areas in Girona province, Costa Brava being the other one. This is a mountainous region on the south slope of the Pyrenees with plenty of traditional mountain towns and renowned ski resorts.
