With the help of your host, you'll experience the unique and eco-friendly way of cooking, "natural steaming, " while learning about local life in Japan. As part of this this class, you will visit an organinc farmer's market and fish market, choose local ingredients and use onsen steam pods to make noodle dishes. This is almost the only place in Japan where you can use hot spring water for cooking. Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. After the class, you can take a hot spring bath in a ryokan where this class is held at if you want! Get ready for a special and local experience!!

Likewise, pickups in Fukuoka will feature sites within and including neighboring Saga region. You will not be able to visit Fukuoka from Nagasaki and vice versa.

You will be spoilt with experiences that can only be obtained by an expat who has lived in japan for 20 years and knows all the ins and outs of sightseeing around this region. Our tours can be customized to include specific sites but in reality there are so many attractions to enjoy that you will have to careful that we can get to them all within the 2 day period. The tour on Day 1 will be slightly longer than on Day 2 as we need to visit more attractions. Pick up and drop off times to designated hotels can be flexible and changed on short notice. The choice of hotel accommodation in Nagasaki will be the responsibility of the traveler to organize in advance. You may stay in Nagasaki City in one of the many western hotels or a traditional Japanese Ryokan in the Hot Spring resort of Unzen. I can provide relevant recommendations if necessary.
