Surf lessons with high quality for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), in Portugal on the beaches of Peniche and Baleal. Learn how to surf with sports teachers, also experienced surf coaches (Portuguese Surf Federation), and local surfers from Peniche! The surf course have 10 lessons, two hours each one. The goal of this course, is to improve your surf level with the appropriate feedback, the appropriate support, and the appropriate methodologies depending your level. All this with a smile on the face and making all moments full of happiness and achievements.

The experience is super relaxed, we start by sitting down and tasting a little bit of Portugal, while I give a brief explanation of what we're going to cook. Cooking while hungry is a bad policy. When we're ready, we put on our aprons and start the teamwork, under my guidance. Some of the ingredients are from my backyard, and I'll take you to see what they are... As we prepare the food, I'll tell some stories about the origins of the ingredients to be used. In the end, we set the table and sat down to savor all the dishes we've prepared. IMPORTANT: If you have any food allergies or follow a specific diet (vegetarian, paleo, vegan, etc ...) let me know as soon as possible so we can prepare in advance all the ingredients needed.
