Ojai has a 100-year history of ceramics. Our studio, located a mile from the city center, is surrounded by nature, in the midst of a fruit orchard. We are a working studio for many of the great artists in the Ojai Valley. Visitors may watch potters work, and may "try their hand" at a range of techniques. After making their pottery, they may may pay a small fee for our staff to trim, glaze and high-fire the work. This "finishing" work takes about 3 weeks. Visitors may also come back to glaze their OWN work. There is no charge for this. AND we will even ship your pieces anywhere in the country...

This has taken them on hiking trails in Hawaii, Alaska, Greece, New Zealand, Peru, England, Mexico, Switzerland, Italy, Africa, Germany, France, South Pacific, Oregon, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Eastern Sierras. Stop at the Vincent winery to enjoy to sipping wine in vineyard natural surroundings. On the way enjoy beautiful scenery of the Pacific Ocean, Lake Cachuma and Los Padres National forest.

We add personal touches: from meeting you at a designated place in town, helping you choose lunch or dinner places, offering referrals, to recommending ‘not-to-miss’ Ojai places and moments. We will accommodate any level of fitness from beginner to moderate exerciser to weekend warrior and anyone in between. Many of our repeat customers will plan multiple activities during their week or weekend stay. Minimum signup is 2 people.

Stacy, a former Professional player on the tour for 10 years, who competed at The Wimbledon Championships and U.S. Open Championships numerous times, uses her patience and personable nature to have you playing great in no time! She also competes currently on the Senior Pro Pickleball tour and has a DUPR of 5.27.

Your guides Ian & Stacy will provide scenic 2-3 hour hikes, 2-2.5 hour bike rides, 3-3.5 hour rock climbs and 1 hour tennis lessons throughout the beautiful Ojai Valley and beyond.
