We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch. I really love going outside with my dogs looking for truffles . In every season there are different types of truffle that will be collected and you can do it with us... My hobby is my job and my passion!

The pasta will be cooked inside an excellent 24 months aged Parmesan with fresh truffle. We will also learn to make tiramisu as it was once done with the Moka.
