We will travel to a magical town located in the Northwest of the Salta Calchaquí Valleys, surrounded by imposing mountains, snowy, plateaus and colonial architecture that will take us back to the past. We ascend the Quebrada de Escoipe and continue along the imposing Cuesta del Obispo and the Enchanted Valley, surrounded by mountains. After visiting La Piedra del Molino (3,400 meters above sea level) you will be passing through Los Cardones National Park. The small and magical town of Cachi, located at the foot of the snowy town of the same name (6,320 meters above sea level), is characterized by its colonial-style facades, with houses located on the edge of narrow, cobbled streets. La Cuesta del Obispo, La Piedra del Molino (3348 masl), Recta del Tin Tin (11 km road built by the Incas), Los Cardones National Park (only high altitude National Park in Argentina), Nevados de Cachi sighting (6,380 masl) and 2 hours free in the village of Cachí.

The tour, organized by “Booking Adventures” starts at the meeting point set with the local Tour Guide. The traveler will get a meeting point after the Reservation Process. Tours start and Finished in our meeting points.

This 12-hour excursion begins in the Lerma Valley and then takes you on a drive to El Carril, continuing on to Chicoana. Marvel at the striking beauty of the gorges known as Quebrada de los Laureles and Quebrada de Escoipe. Drive along the Cuesta del Obispo, on a road with abundant curves. Take in panoramic views of the Enchanted Valley and small houses surrounded by fields of maize and fruit trees. By the time you reach the Piedra del Molino you’ll be 3,384 meters above sea level, the highest point on the trip. When you arrive in Cachi, you’ll have sweeping views of Nevado de Cachi and Payogasta. In the town of Cachi, you’ll stop to visit the archaeological museum and the church.

This Hiking Trail + Kayaking Tour starts from Caño Hondo/Sabana de La Mar port. We will hike around 3 hours along the Humid Forest in the Los Haitises National Park. You will learn about the medicinal plants of this area, see the broadleaf forest primary and secondary Los Haitises National Park mountains and at the same time reach the spring of the Jivales River from which the waters of the natural pools of Eco-lodge Caño Hondo. Then we take the equipment required for your safety (Lifejackets, etc), kayaks and going through mangrove swamps. You will see some bird-filled mangroves, rolling hills of lush vegetation. Through the mangroves and Land at the open San Lorenzo Bay, from where you can photograph the rugged forest landscape.

The Blue Safari is designed for those who, in addition to sailing in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier, dream of getting closer to the glacial ice. Enjoy its intense blues, whites and its whimsical shapes. Only for people between 6 and 70 years old. You will walk for 30 minutes always with a view of the southern wall of the Glacier in the hope that you will be surprised by some thunderous landslide. Once next to the ice it will be time for an unforgettable experience. You will be able to fully enjoy its intense and varied blues, whites and its whimsical shapes. You will have time to take many photos and then you will return to the embarkation point always accompanied by an experienced guide. The total walk is approximately 1.30 hours through a natural terrain of sand and stones with some slopes and stairs. Once in the port, you will take the bus to the walkways, where you will have 2 hours to enjoy the incredible panoramic view.
